Worked as advertised! What a great knife for decapping honey! No heat required! No need for cords or batteries or hot water to cut the cappings. This knife is super sharp, flexible and is easy to cleanup.

Glass is a great choice especially when warming the honey back up after it crystallizes - bottles don’t warp. Also cuts down on plastic landfilling.

Prefect excluder, the queen is now in the lower box.
