Shipping Policy

At Growing Success Bee Company, we work hard to carefully package and ship your order as quicky and safely as possible.  Thank you for supporting our family-owned beekeeping business.

Order Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  During peak seasons, holidays, sales events, or bee season, processing times may be slightly longer.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.  If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using:  UPS, USPS, FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, weight, destination, and product type.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Certain oversized beekeeping equipment or bulk items may require additional shipping charges.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your package arrives damaged, missing items, or appears lost in transit, contact us with 5 days of delivery at:  812-897-2877 or store@growingsuccessbees.com.  Please include your order number and photos of damaged items and packaging.  We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.  If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.  Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to reroute or modify the shipment.

Honey, Wax, and Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some products, including honey, beeswax products, candles, chocolates, and skincare items, may be affected by extreme temperatures during transit.

We are not responsible for melting or minor cosmetic changes caused by weather conditions during shipping, especially during summer months.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our store location.  Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email notification when their order is ready.  Please wait for pickup confirmation before arriving.
