To collect propolis from the bees, prop up the outer cover allowing light into the hive. The bees will propolize the trap to block the light. After removing the trap from the beehive, place it in a bag and put it in the freezer. Once it is chilled, you can bang the trap on a tabletop or floor and the propolis will fall off. Currently available for 10 frame hives only.
