This Aichose™ Refractometer is made specifically for honey (or other thick sweet liquids including syrup and molasses). Measures moisture from 12-30%. Pre-calibrated from the factory, but can be re-calibrated with extra virgin olive oil. An added feature; ATC stands for Automatic Temperature Compensation.
