Tangential Adapter, Pair

This Lyson tangential adapter (or insert/support) is a fitting for your Lyson Extractor that lets you use different frame sizes, especially deeper ones, by holding frames parallel to the extractor wall (tangentially) so only one side extracts at a time, protecting fragile combs while extracting honey more thoroughly, often used for brood frames. These supports clip in, securing frames and allowing for easy flipping to extract both sides of the honeycomb, making it versatile for various frame depths. 
What it does:
Adaptability: Allows Lyson extractors to fit deeper frames (like National Deep frames) that wouldn't normally fit.
Frame Protection: Prevents delicate brood comb from breaking or getting damaged during spinning by supporting it.
Efficient Extraction: Lets you extract honey from one side, then flip the frame to extract the other, a key feature of tangential extraction. 
How it works:
You install the adapter (often in pairs) into the extractor basket.
Frames are placed vertically, with the comb facing the extractor wall.
You spin to remove honey from one side, then stop and flip the frame.
Spin again to get honey from the other side.
