The Ultimate Uncapping System includes both the uncapping tray and slicer. The tray fits over the brim of a 5 or 6 gallon bucket and works with both medium or shallow frames. The design of the tray directs cappings into the bucket, minimizing the mess. The slicer cuts both up or down for ease in use. The entire unit is lightweight and its smooth surface make it easy to clean. When not in use, the slicer fits into the tray for easy storage. Includes both the tray and the slicer! Made in USA with recycled materials!

We have been utilizing another method which required scooping the capping off a tray and then into a 5 gallon bucket. The ultimate uncapping system was a game changer. It saved so much time, easy clean up, and we didn't have to transfer the wax cappings from one container to another. I highly recommend this system.
